About the Workshop

Join MIT’s Jeffrey Saviano, senior lecturer in AI strategy, governance, and ethics, for an interactive, live online workshop examining why responsible AI governance has become the defining leadership issue of the AI era, how to evaluate your own organization's AI risk and governance protocols, and what to do about it. The workshop will run on Tuesday, December 1 from 12:00pm - 1:30pm ET.

In 90 minutes, you'll learn to spot the governance gaps already creating risk inside organizations like yours, illustrated through cautionary tales from real companies that have experienced an AI incident. You'll walk away with a new governance framework to assess your organization’s readiness, advocate for change, and take a meaningful next step.

This is a standalone, live-taught workshop by the instructor who built the Boundaries of Tolerance framework, with peer breakouts and an open Q&A with Saviano. The workshop recording and materials will be made available to all registered learners.
